Decorative Concrete
Concrete is an extraordinary material that is practical, expressive, and aesthetic all at once. The possibilities for creative expression are endless, as it can be transformed into virtually any shape.
You can grind, polish, stamp, or stain it. You can even embed meaningful objects within it. Because of its adaptability, concrete finds itself welcome in all areas of the home. It’s a medium that will provide the homeowner with a daily appreciation for its beauty, durability, and function while knowing that it’s environmentally responsible.
We invite you to use the ideas, techniques, resources, and products presented here as a springboard to explore the creative possibilities of this age-old material.

Building A Home For A Dragon
Over at the Texas Sealife Center their resident black throat monitor, Nutmeg, was in desperate need of a larger enclosure. One that was more suitable for her.
David and the Aquaria Services Inc. team stepped up and created a spacious one of a kind habitat designed around Nutmeg's specific needs.
In this slideshow you can see how Aquaria Services Inc. transforms concrete into realistic environments.
A happy Nutmeg relaxes in her luxurious pond and waterfall combo on a hot Texas Sealife Center day.
The pond size and shape are determined and the hole is dug inside the wooden enclosure. Plumbing trenches for the filtration are installed. We then check to make sure both sides of the pond are level.
The completed pond is full and the waterfall is running! Now all that's left to do is add Nutmeg!
